Including new Bearrs Lime blossoms
promising new fruit  in the near future on my indoor citrus tree...

Newly Picked Indoor-Grown Bears Limes
in Juneau, Alaska...

Always bittersweet to pick ripe citrus off my 2 indoor trees.
These 2 lovely bears seedless limes
are a whoppin' 3"x2"s.

Also, had to prune both lemon and lime trees a tad prior
to the upcoming blooming season...

August 25, 2012: My Much-Loved Indoor Dwarf Citrus Trees Bearing Fruit in Juneau, Alaska...

August 25, 2012:

A beautiful, sunny day here in Juneau, Alaska,
and it's even going to be more fantastic as I
pick one of my fully ripened indoor Meyer Lemons that's
a whoppin' 3" long and 2-1/4" wide...

The large one on the left is the Meyer Lemon I'll be picking.
The other two will remain on the vine
until fully ripened in a few weeks...

One of the three indoor baby
Bearss Seedless Limes
on my other dwarf citrus tree...

This baby lime has been facing the sun
a bit more than the others ~
time to rotate the tree...

This baby lime is
looking rather stately ~ Haha...

July 9, 2012: Freshly Picked Ripe Indoor Meyer Lemon Today...

July 9, 2012:

Today was my lucky day, I love it when I'm able to pick
a fully ripe Meyer Lemon
from my indoor dwarf citrus tree in Juneau, Alaska.
Three more continue to ripen at different stages on the vine.

My other dwarf citrus tree produces Seedless Bearss Limes
that are babies just now, so it will be about
six months until those precious jewels are ready to harvest...

June 21, 2012: Welcoming sunshine making an appearance in Juneau, Alaska...

June 21, 2012:

Wild and domestic plants
alike welcoming
much-desired sunshine in Juneau, Alaska...

Raindrops like glass
on a blade of tall decorative grass...
Vibrant wild purple flower opening to the sunshine -
it's just too bad it's an invasive species...
A couple of mosquitoes drinking the raindrops
on the tall decorative grass blade before they evaporate...
One of many wild ferns transplanted
to my flower garden slowly uncurling in the sun

when I captured this photograph...
Raindrops
mostly evaporating now...
Another stunning red columbine
blossoming to life reaching for the sun...
Four full-sized meyer lemons
in various ripening stages
on my indoor dwarf citrus tree basking in the sun - finally...
Two bearss lime babies (the one on top is a bit more mature),
which are among about 40 in total just now,
although only approximately 5% have made it to
full-ripening fruition on the dwarf citrus trees over the past years,
so I'm frantically working to improve those statistics...

October 18, 2011: MY INDOOR CITRUS TREES IN 2011...

October 18, 2011:

My indoor dwarf citrus trees produce regular-sized fruit.  Both are producing this year
(it's the second year for the Meyer Lemon tree, and first year for the Bearss Seedless Lime tree) ~ They're both 4 years old...

Meyer Lemons...

Bearss Seedless Limes...

May 2, 2011: Update on my dwarf citrus trees...

My four-year-old dwarf
indoor-potted citrus trees...

My Dwarf Meyer Lemon Tree ~
the lemon in the forefront will be ready to be picked
once it has a slight orange hue to it,
and the one in the foreground still has a way to go
as it has not fully turned bright yellow yet
(to get to this stage these have taken a little over one year...

These are new blossoms on the Meyer Lemon Tree
that just appeared over this past week...

This is one of several new baby Meyer Lemons
that appeared a couple of weeks ago
from blossoms such as what is shown above...

These are two new baby Bearss Seedless Limes
on my other drarf citrus tree ~
It's the first time this tree has produced limes,
so needless to say,"I'm absolutely thrilled."

July 24-September 17 2010: Meyer Lemons on my Dwarf Tree - Status Update...

July 24, 2010:
Update on my indoor potted dwarf meyer lemon tree...

These were new baby meyer lemons that first appeared in the past couple of days and measure about 1/2" each.  All but two fell off the tree since this photograph was taken, but see how the remaining are continuing to mature below...

The following are two surviving meyer lemons,
and they later measure nearly 2 inches on September 17, 2010.
I can't wait until they are completely ripe...

This new baby meyer lemon just appeared a  couple of weeks ago
and it already measures nearly 1/2" today on September 17, 2010.
How exciting is that?

Update:  I just found that this photo was featured at:  http://www.whyy.org/91FM/ybyg/ on 11-15-10
to my surprise from my flicker account.
