Our seventh and eighth days fishing the Spring King Salmon Derby the month of May in Juneau, Alaska aboard our F/V Chelsey in the southern waters of Juneau, Alaska during overcast days...

We were up at 3:30 a.m., and Captain Max is starting the engines getting ready to pull anchor to start our second day fishing... |

We didn't have any luck catching King Salmon these two days ~ the fish just were not biting...we caught our fair share of small cod though... |

I have the best time out in any weather at anytime on the F/V Chelsey with my husband and our lil' Miss Chelsey ~ even if no fish were caught we had good meals and a great time watching the wildlife and enjoying each other's company!
