My latest creations are the following two dishes today...

Individual Alaska Bay Scallops Gratin - These are baked in a very hot oven for just over 6 minutes. They are succulent and very flavorful!

Crispy Tender Chicken Gizzards - I grew up eating these and have continued to do so at different fairgrounds; plus in many cities outside of Alaska - this is my tasty version that I often make when I crave these tiny morsels...

A slideshow as I watch our newly purchased 43' Power Troller the "F/V Chelsey" enter Auke Bay by Captain Max my husband. Needless to say, it was a proud moment we'll treasure forever.

We have already made so many cherished memories aboard her, and we'll continue to make many more in the future...
