Alaska Bay Scallops Gratin - These are baked in a very hot oven for just over 6
minutes. They are succulent and very flavorful!

Crispy
Tender Chicken Gizzards - I grew up eating these and have continued to do so at
different fairgrounds; plus in many cities outside of Alaska - this is my tasty
version that I often make when I crave these tiny morsels...
