2010: A tame baby squirrel visits me most every day...

Summer 2010:


This 300-yr.-old stump in my side yard affords 
a baby squirrel a 'safe place' to show off his gathering/storage 
skills of sticks, mushrooms, raspberries, peanuts, and mushrooms...  

Eating raspberries...

Munching on a tiny hemlock pine cone...

He has a small stick in its mouth...

There's the small stick...

He ran up the nearby tree with his small stick...

A neighbor gave him a peanut...
